About Kerry Coyne

Kerry is an architect working and living in the Boston area. Recent projects include single family, condo, multi family housing and institutional buildings; additions, renovation work and historic preservation; and design, construction administration, project management and owners representation.

She is available to assist with zoning analysis, construction budgets, schedules, design layouts, permit drawings, and finish selection for custom home design projects, including layouts and finish selections for renovation or new construction. She has developed strong professional relationships with consultants and contractors and can help build a great team for your project.

Kerry studied architecture as an undergraduate, connecting her interests in math and art. She decided to pursue a career in the field after a design-build trip to Cuba and Mexico in 2001.  She subsequently earned a master’s degree in architecture and became a licensed architect, working at a few firms and eventually starting her own practice.

Kerry enjoys being outside, flipping through home design magazines and websites, reading (now mostly to her kids), trying to figure out how to garden, and walking.
